My husband and I just stopped in today (4/22) on our way back home to Florida. We traveled over 3000 miles and ate lots of different food in different places and we both agree this was the best food we've had. My favorite was the ribs and his was the pulled pork. The sliced beef brisket was great too, but those ribs really hit the spot. Loved the hot BBQ sauce! Angel who took our order was so great in helping us decide what to get. The rest of the crew, Chad, Desi, Zach, Brittany and Amy working in the background cooking and whatever else they do make this a great place to eat. We would definitely eat here again if ever passing through this way. 5 out of 5 stars from us.

Visiting from Florida for brother's birthday, he made sure we made a stop at Cackle and Oink!! Boy,was I thrilled! Cute,casual great stop that was filling quickly with lunch locals. Very clean throughout and great decor inside. The owner, Aaron- a prize winning barbeque winner, recognized my brother right away! Very nice, he took the time to say hello and chat a bit. I had to order the brother-recommended chicken sandwich,green beans and jalapeno cornbread. Food was ready prompty and brought over by a nice ,tall, slender man. (I'm sorry I didn't get his name.) The chicken was the best sandwich! You could pretty much east with no teeth! Man...little bro was right about the green beans! Just the best I've ever tasted!! Hey, Aaron...please give Dan the secret!! I won't tell. Enjoyed the cornbread, but would've preferred more beans! The server checked on everyone and kept the place super clean. So nice that the owner got a break and was kind enough to sit and talk with us with no rush in his tone. Apparantly, they have some other "to-die-fors": brisket chili and lasagne banana pudding!! Wish ya'll were closer!! Aaron, keep feeding those Bond boys and winning more trophies! Prices are reasonable for what you get; service is great and restrooms totally clean. I'll be back!!

We visited for the first time today😍 The food, sauce and especially those Mississippi Mud P'taters were fabulous. We were greeted by Kristal and she was wonderful and friendly!! definitely coming back 😎😍

Lucas was terrific! Our first time here and he helped guide us into really terrific choices. And he was super Johnny oh the spot in cleaning up as well as providing take out boxes. The cowboy beans were some of the best I’ve ever had.

Stopped in here for lunch after a friend told me about this place. I was super impressed about the quality of barbecue. I will definitely be back. You have to try this place.

Driving through and discovered THIS amazing place. Got the suggestion from Wes who told me to go with the plate of ribs if it was one item I had to eat….absolutely DID NOT disappoint! Tasty, fall off the bone, and simply delicious meat. Corn was fantastic and BBQ beans were very good. Nice cup of homemade ice tea to go with it. I ended up saving a few ribs for the wife but they may not make it home if I can’t get any leftover meat that was left between the teeth…..

This place is so yummy! I got the meal of the day and the atmosphere is so good and food is 10/10!!! Aaron is so awesome and so attentive to all his customers! Empty plates all around it was so good!!! Krystal was very explanatory with everything on the menu and was very sweet!!!

Had an incredible meal at Cackle & Oink BBQ. The brisket was perfectly smoked — tender, juicy, and packed with that deep Texas flavor. The sides were just as satisfying, and the whole place had that warm, no-frills BBQ joint vibe. This is Texas barbecue done right.

Chad served up some great food and humor. Brittany got us through the line so so fast. Lucas was amazing and so friendly. Get the ribs, don't bother with anything else!!! Fantastic worship music! Loved everything 💕

I am a regular at most of the best BBQ places in the DFW area. I was passing by Sherman and decided to try this place. Pleasant surprise that there is good BBQ outside of expensive places like Hutchins, Salt Lick, Blacks and Franklins. Every item was great and we spend way lesser than the big places. Don’t expect grand ambience. Just friendly always smiling staff and good food.
